Giunta, Chef-Propietor
A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in
Hyde Park, New York. Chef Giunta has fine-tuned her technique and
cultivated her professionalism and culinary excellence at Locust Valley,
N.Y.’s elegant Creek Country Club, the well-known restaurants
of Rockefeller Center in N.Y.C., her own “La Bella Luna”
catering company and as Executive Chef for some of Manhattan’s
most discriminating large corporations, to name a few.
As a young girl, Jean learned to cook from her mother, from both her
Sicilian and French grandmothers and from her uncle who was a Chef-Restaurateur.
Her passion, experience, education and life long dream of owning and
operating a special restaurant in a country setting brings Jean to
Lambertville. Chef Giunta’s wish is that you will be well fed,
comfortable, content and of course that you are inspired to return.
After all, “ANDIAMO” in Italian means
“LET’S GO!”.
